✅ Return Policy

• Eligibility: You may request a return if the delivered product has any of the following issues:

  • Physical damage during delivery

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Wrong item delivered

• Return Request Timeframe: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return.

• Return Process:

  1. Contact our support team via phone or email with your order ID and product images.

  2. Our team will verify the issue and arrange for return pickup if applicable.

  3. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

✅ Refund Policy

• If your return is approved, you can choose:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund (refunds are made via bank transfer or mobile banking, as agreed)

• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

✅ Warranty

• All our furniture products come with a 2-year brand warranty against manufacturing defects.

• Warranty claims do not cover physical damage after delivery or damage due to misuse.

✅ Delivery Policy

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh.

• Products are delivered to your home securely, with our team ensuring safe handling.
